Customers acknowledge that these items are pre-owned and may show signs of age, wear, repairs, alterations, or previous use. Every effort is made to inspect items before they are offered for sale; however, the SPCA Charity Shop cannot guarantee the condition, lifespan, performance, completeness, or suitability of any item for a particular purpose.

Customers are encouraged to inspect goods carefully, review photographs and descriptions, and ask any questions before purchasing.

Due to the nature of donated second-hand goods:

• - Goods are sold in their current condition as displayed and described.
• - The SPCA Charity Shop does not provide any additional warranty or guarantee beyond those required by law.
• - Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be granted for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect selection, size, colour preference, or where the condition of the item was disclosed or reasonably apparent at the time of purchase.
• - Electrical and electronic items should be tested by the purchaser before regular use unless expressly stated otherwise.
